Will it be my pet’s ashes and will I get all of them?
We can guarantee that you will receive only your pet’s ashes and all of them. They are collected after cremation on a no-spill tray and then a special machine is used to return all the ashes into your bag. We have a strict triple staged identification process to ensure your pet comes home to you.
How soon will my pet be cremated?
Your pet will usually be cremated within 1-3 days and returned within a week depending on demand. We aim to return your pet to you as soon as we can – this is what we see as a very important part of our service as we know it helps with the grieving process.
Can we pay off the pet cremation service?
As we are a new business we require payment to be complete at the time when the ashes are returned, however we are happy to take pre-payment and arrangement of cremation services when you know your pet’s time is coming near so you don’t have the worry and stress when it does happen.
What happens with group cremation?
Your pet will be cremated with other pets. The ashes will be scattered in a beautiful location on Anniebrook Farm Carbanup.
